I am afraid we do not have a refund policy. If you are a client, ordering a very small amount of chips or oil, there is nothing to return anyway. However, if you're one of our agents (a username and password is now required) or wholeseller as such, you will have received samples from us before you start ordering in big quantities. In Prima we stand for our quality. We only sell the best. We have nothing to hide or refund for.
