PPI will locate the land, ensure the suitability of the land via soil sample reports and topographical survey prior to the development and installation of the associated plantation infrastructure.

PPI will supply the seedlings (At a wholesale price) into a managed plantation, ran and operated by trained and experienced PPI plantation workers.

PPI will manage the plantation for the life of the plantation (20 years minimum)

PPI will deploy and utilize our own software developed for the plantation industry (PM3S) to help maximize the yield from the plantation and ensure CITIES traceability.

PPI will employ our market leading perpetual harvest cycle methodology from year 6 onwards to generate quarterly revenue for the life of the plantation.

PPI will dedicate process capacity within a local processing facility to match the yield from the plantation for the lifetime of the plantation.
